Hello internet! Allow me to introduce myself, I’m an IT professional who has been working in various fields from support to software development, and operations to acquisitions for the past two decades, yet I’ve only just set up my first blog and made my first ever blog post. You might be wondering, “How is that possible?” Well, one day I woke up and realised that life was passing me by.
But as you may have guessed, my story is not unique. Over the past decade, life has had more downs than ups for me. I’ve been through a lot of difficult times, and it’s been a long period of introspective review. But, after much soul-searching and self-reflection, I’ve come to the conclusion that life is full of ups and downs and I need to try and get on with it. So, I’ve decided to start this blog as a form of self-help, to share my experiences and insights, and to hopefully help others who may be going through similar struggles.
I’m a tech enthusiast with a passion for music, software development, game development, photography, drones, and 3D printing. Basically, if it involves technology, I’m all in. And I believe that these passions and hobbies have helped me to cope with difficult times and to find meaning in life.
Now, I know what you’re thinking, “Another tech blog? Boring.” But I assure you, my blog will be different. It will be a mix of technical jargon, creative musings, and reflections on life, with a touch of humour. And, in case you’re wondering, yes, I will actually make regular posts. I won’t leave you hanging like that one time I promised to call my grandma every week (sorry grandma).
